The Do Once and Share SAP Action Team, Vision and Pathway sub-group, has produced six Concept/Exploratory Papers looking at the Single Assessment Process and its future direction. The issues chosen were highlighted in the DOAS SAP consultation as of particular concern.

Note:
- These draft DOAS SAP diagrams, put together by NHS Connecting for Health cluster representatives, are printed from Visio software in JPEG form. When printed they can best be viewed in A3 size but also can be viewed in A4 size.
- To scale the jpeg (jpg) diagram for printing to A3 or A4 requires appropriate graphics software. Viewing the vsd format requires a Visio Viewer available as a free download.
- The numbers in some of the boxes in the diagrams relate to the earlier London and Southern Best Practice diagrams where there was accompanying documentation (this documentation will be updated for all when these diagrams are finalised).
- The changes to the original London & Southern diagrams are in red in these DOAS SAP diagrams.

NHS Connecting for Health Cluster representatives tackled the 337 issues that came out of the DOAS workshops and from comments that were later received. Many of the outputs were resolved and the outcomes can be seen on this spreadsheet.
