| Annotation | Older people represent a rapidly growing segment of the population, and their expectations have increased. Individual sexual expression is their right. The author outlines the literature on sexuality and sexual responses in older people. She suggests strategies for change in nursing practice which take account of care needs, whether for those with HIV or AIDS, or rights to privacy. (RH). |
