Annotation | This paper reports key messages from a workshop held in Devon for local health and social care staff with responsibilities for running or setting up short-term residential rehabilitation for older and disabled people. The aim was to learn from each other's experiences and to provide a nuts-and-bolts framework for the development of local joint investment plans. Since the development of Exebank and Outlands, there are now several similar units providing rehabilitation services, ranging in size from three to twenty beds. (RH). |
