| Annotation | Section One of this document sets out the social services performance assessment framework (PAF) for 1999 and the detail for the indicators, revised in the light of responses following the consultation of February to April 1999 ("A new approach to social services performance", DoH, 1999). Included are reasons for these indicators being in the set. Section Two gives some further information on the responses to the consultation and summarises how the PAF has changed as a result. This includes details of deleted indicators and suggestions where further development work should be carried out.
