Annotation | As primary care groups take a pivotal role in commissioning health services, partnership working is at the top of the agenda. This paper reports the views of people working in social services, housing, the voluntary sector and secondary health care in London. It reveals their views on the role of primary care for older people in the context of the wider health and community care network. It is the last in this series of briefings. A final report will distil the results from the different stages of Age Concern London's investigation, assess the implications for primary care for older people, and make recommendations.
