Annotation	The specialisms of orthopaedics and geriatrics have grown in importance in the last 10 years. This book has been written for physical and occupational therapists, assistants, and students who wish to better understand and treat the musculoskeletal problems facing older patients. It deals with the clinical management of the most common orthopaedic problems occurring in the older population. Problems are categorised by joint involvement, with a brief anatomical and biomechanical review of each joint in a chapter preceding that for treatment.
