Annotation | A central theme of this paper is that clients' psychological needs should be at the forefront of all professionals' thinking. Clinical psychologists occupy a position where they can contribute to the development of psychological assessments and interventions, which could support both their clients and the services within which they operate more effectively. Their potential to fulfil a number of roles at theoretical, empirical and professional levels is discussed. (RH). |
