Annotation | A postal survey for all staff with a care management role in Wales was conducted in 1995 and a selected sample follow-up in 1997. The aim was to investigate practitioner experience of the community care reforms. This summary reports on how care management practice appears to have been supported in Wales through information, training and infrastructure. However, the results need to be treated with caution, given low response rates of 31% and 30%.(RH). |
