Annotation | The manager of a private residential and domiciliary care service in Cornwall comments on the implications of the preceding article by Boldy and Bartlett in this issue of Managing Community Care. He concludes that an approach which places residents at the centre of service delivery and seeks their views on a daily basis is the most likely way to produce a quality service. (RH). |
