AnnotationEarly detection of memory problems by general practitioners (GPs) and primary care teams (PCTs) and subsequent continued monitoring by them is an argument favouring the inclusion of memory clinics in PCTs. This paper responds to requests for information about the Hull Memory Clinics. The authors describe their previous 6 years of experience, and reflect on the future in the context of a developing GP-led National Health Service (NHS). (RH).
