Annotation | In this German study, the psychometric characteristics of the Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale (ADAS) were examined on the basis of data from 440 patients with dementia of the Alzheimer type (DAT) that were collected before treatment in a multi-centre clinical drug trial. The results of the study demonstrate the reliability and validity of the ADAS for the assessment of symptom severity in DAT patients. (AKM). |
