AnnotationThis article describes the planning, implementation and evaluation of `Let's Celebrate Aging', a community wide educational programme for older people held in Harrisburg, Virginia (VA). Its purpose was to celebrate the achievements and courses which promote older citizens' total wellness. The programme is an example of collaboration between institutions of higher education, local agencies, and citizens in highlighting the potentials of ageing and retirement in the US. (RH).
