Annotation | The Life Span Forum is a four week, 16-hour geriatric interdisciplinary team curriculum theoretical and experiential course which introduces students to team dynamics, assessment, problem solving and patient care planning from the perspective of multiple disciplines. Evaluation results show that the course significantly improved students' knowledge of interdisciplinary teams, attitudes towards interdisciplinary teams, and knowledge of ageing. Moreover, pre-training differences related to gender and discipline improved as a result of participating in this training. (RH). |
