Annotation | The mirror is used as a metaphor for the image of ourselves that we obtain from others, both in personal relationships and in society. This paper examines the role of reflections in the development of personality, and how maladjustments can influence the course of late life depression. The therapeutic mirror in group psychotherapy may be beneficial in the treatment of resistant depression. (AKM). |
