Annotation | This booklet summarises the overall findings of eight inspections of services for adults with learning disabilities, and looks at the implications for front-line staff and their managers. The inspection suggested that good services arranged or provided by social services share certain features from a user's point of view, and a checklist is given. Points highlighted include: partnerships with other agencies; access to health care; assessment and care management; the needs of ethnic minorities; and communication and consultation. (RH). |
