Annotation | This article summarises the principal findings based on the second analysis of data from the 1995 Domiciliary Care Provider study undertaken by PSSRU. It examines the characteristics and behaviour of providers, particularly in regard to pricing and responses to competition, along two principal dimensions: legal structure and size. The sample upon which the analyses were conducted comprised 99 organisations.
