Annotation | These Regulations impose requirements with respect to the health, safety and welfare of persons in a workplace. They also give effect to Council Directive 89/654/EEC concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the workplace. Provisions replaced by the Regulations are repealed or revoked. The Regulations came into force on 1 January 1993 and on 1 January 1996. |
