Annotation | These Regulations, which came into force 15 September 1995, implement paragraphs 4 and 5 of Chapter IX of the Annex to Council Directive 93/43/EEC of 14 June 1993 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, and also contains certain national provisions relating to food temperature control. A number of Regulations are revoked by these Regulations. |
