AnnotationThese Regulations amend the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1994, and came into force on the 10th of January 1997. The regulations add new substances to the list of those substances which are assigned maximum exposure limits, and amend the maximum exposure limits of some other substances. Some additional minor amendments are also included.
