Annotation | The Link Worker Elderly People's Assessment Package is a computerised data collection system, designed to be used by non-medical interviewers, to gather a variety of health and welfare information from people aged 75 years and over. The Package was developed by the Helen Hamlyn Foundation Research Unit and St Mary's Hospital Medical School Department of General Practice.
