Annotation | Surveys often show that service users are satisfied with the services they receive, but the reality is usually more complex. The authors interviewed users of domiciliary care services. While the methodology used elicited responses indicating a general level of contentment, only with further discussion are deficiencies in the service mentioned. The authors outline their development of a framework for quality assurance resulting from this research, 'Listening to users of domiciliary care services: developing and monitoring quality standards'. |
