Annotation | Traditionally, home care services provide a one-to-one assignment of a caregiver to a client. In order to tackle problems of rising costs and a shortage of home helps, New York City's Department of Social Services funded a pilot project providing shared care, using three agencies. This article examines the cost-effectiveness of one of these agencies, Home Health Management Services, Inc. (HHMSI). (RH). |
