Annotation | Some firms of solicitors have expanded their practices to deal with demand from older people. Reasons for the increased workload include increased numbers of cases at the Court of Protection, and problems with the community care legislation. The Law Commission is leading the way with consultation on law reforms on mental incapacity and medical treatment decisions. (RH). |
