Annotation | Older people must be included in policy making and decision-making needs to be more inclusive, for the benefit of society as a whole. At the same time, increasing the participation and economic activity of older people would also help to contain the costs of pensions and health care. A new Government has the opportunity to look at the problems of social exclusion and poverty afresh. (RH). |
