Annotation | The aim of this article is to compare health and social service provision between patients with Parkinson's disease attending a specialist movement disorder clinic and those patients managed solely in general practice. Despite the increasing availability of specialist clinics, a significant proportion of patients are still not being referred for specialist treatment. Overall, the level of provision of services to those not attending specialist clinics remains low. |
