| Annotation | Depression is not uncommon among acutely ill geriatric in-patients. The performances of shorter versions of the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) in screening for depression among acutely ill geriatric inpatients were examined. Both versions could be used, and are tolerated by patients. |
