| Annotation | This article reports on work by a multidisciplinary group at Walton Hospital, Chesterfield, which looked at assessment and planning procedures to ensure that patients' nutritional needs were being met. The group's overriding concern was how patients' dietary intake could be monitored while they were in hospital, what provision was being made for their return home, and thereby to prevent malnutrition. |
