Annotation | The purpose of the evaluation was to establish the degree to which the assessment and care management system operated by social services and health care agencies in Enfield was achieving its aims. These were: a service user and carer focus; needs led assessment; inter-agency co-operation; accessibility; responding to unmet need; promoting equality; effective use of resources; and integration with the care programme approach. The findings emphasise the attention that must be paid to the management of change. |
