Annotation | A large-scale study of female nursing personnel in Scotland revealed a strong interest in and concern for 'the elderly patient'. Suggestions for improvements in care were offered by all grades of nursing personnel. The theme of patient-centred nursing care was stated in many opinions given in this study, which was part of a Women in Nursing project at the Nursing Research Unit, University of Edinburgh. |
