| Annotation | Since July 1995, the Suffolk NVQ Consortium has been an assessment centre approved by the Local Government Management Board (LGMB) to offer the Diploma in Management of Care Services (DCMS). The Diploma Programme is appropriate for people in all sectors - public, private, health and voluntary - who have managerial and supervisory responsibilities for the provision of care services. In this article, students from different backgrounds share their experiences of the Programme. |
