| Annotation | This resource pack was compiled as part of the Nursing Times Elderly Care Counts campaign, which ran from June 1996 to April 1997. The campaign aimed to highlight and promote good nursing practice, publicise the role of nurses in long-term care settings, and promote the widespread adoption of its Bill of Rights for older people in need of ongoing long-term care. The resource pack includes: a list of organisations that offer published information on community care; a poster; stickers; a guide to community care; and Nursing Times papers on long-term care.
