Annotation | In this response to the Department of Health (DoH) consultation document, 'Moving forward', both Associations express their opposition to the organisational structure of regulation and inspection proposed. Their view is that there should be one system of regulation and inspection for all services across the entire health and social care sectors, undertaken by an independent body under contract to the Secretary of State, by which there would be no loss of accountability. |
