Annotation | This report discusses the outcomes of different transactions categorised by location, selling price and buying price and the impact of price and location factors on costs. It assesses the impact of a range of different financial outcomes on social security entitlement and taxation liability. It examines some of the costs of 'maintaining' a dwelling and the balance between the costs of moving and changes in maintenance costs which may result from moving to a more appropriate dwelling. The impact of Commonwealth, State and local government policies and charges is described. |
