Annotation | Melabev, an adult day care programme in Jerusalem, is described, in which students with Down's syndrome are trained to work with older people with dementia. This paper discusses the organisation, problems and benefits of this project. Social workers should be aware that such projects exist, since there may be a need for social work intervention during many phases of the project. |
