AnnotationThis bulletin briefly outlines findings from a survey of 504 care managers in Wales about what is least enjoyable in their assessment and care management role. It should be read in conjunction with CSPRD Research Update no 1. From a content analysis of respondents' comments, the findings suggest that practitioners face many developmental challenges: some can be seen as intrinsic to the role, whereas others undoubtedly pre-date the community care reforms and are more general in character.
