Annotation | The audit's brief was to look at admission of clients from Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark to nursing homes since April 1993, with particular reference to systems of assessment, methods of placement and outcomes of this decision. This included assessing dependency levels, care needs, documentation from the referring agencies and some measure of quality of care provided in the institution. A specific assessment of homes provided by Optimum Health Services was requested, as was an analysis of the most frequently used non-approved homes used by Southwark. |
