AnnotationThis study examined comorbidity of depression in a random sample of elderly Chinese in Singapore, using the Geriatric Mental State (GMS) schedule; the data was analysed by the computerised diagnostic program AGECAT. A past history of depression and lower level of education were risk factors for comorbid depression.
