Annotation | Amends the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992. The capital limit above which a resident is not entitled to be assessed as unable to pay for accommodation is increased from £8,000 to £16,000; weekly tariff income to be calculated on capital between £10,000 to £16,000; and half of occupational pension to be disregarded as income other than earnings. Coming into force: 8th April 1996. |
