Annotation | This retrospective study of frail older people enrolled in the PACE (Program For All Inclusive Care of the Elderly) project suggests that ethnicity has a significant impact on patients' choices and may be more important than other sociodemographic factors. Health care wishes are an individual decision, and practitioners should also be sensitive to cultural differences in considering patients' concerns. |
