Journal title | Findings: Social Care Research, no 81, March 1996 |
Publisher | Joseph Rowntree Foundation, York, March 1996 |

Annotation | Summarises the author's research which found that housing and support services which interlock are less likely to respect rights of people with learning difficulties as citizens, than where the two functions are clearly separated. People's interests are best served when: their housing and support need are met from different sources; they are party to written agreements; and the various agencies involved are committed to respecting their rights as citizens. |
