Annotation | Reports on a study which evaluated the use of anthropometric indicators in predicting the health status of older people. Comparisons of anthropometric data were made from 19 geographically and ethnically varied samples of community-dwelling people. Findings indicate similarities in patterns of height and weight by age and sex, but distribution differed by geographic region, ethnic group and health status. |
