Annotation | Reports on a study into the views of older people attending a day centre regarding their reasons for attending, the quality of the service provided and user involvement. Findings show that the majority of the users did not want to become more involved in decision-making at the centre, and in some cases the concept of increased involvement was interpreted as a cost-cutting exercise. |
