Annotation | Presents findings from a Swedish study on the views of older people who receive home help services on the relative importance of quality characteristics, such as continuity, time, influence, personal relation and the suitability of home help staff in term of competence and personal manners. Staff continuity, suitability and personal relations were cited as the most important quality attributes and availability and influence as the least important. |
