Annotation | The Committee's terms of reference were: to inquire into the adequacy of the Income Support rate, the effect that the rate has on access to and tenure in homes, and the consequences of the postponement of implementing the new assessment and funding arrangements for care in residential and nursing homes from April 1991 to April 1993. The Health Committee was also interested in the subject of this enquiry, and took evidence concurrently, but a joint report was not possible. (RH). |
