AnnotationFollow-up to the DOMINO study, which compared domiciliary and hospital based rehabilitation services for stroke patients. Presents estimates of costs for the two types of rehabilitative care, and concludes that domiciliary services, whilst having a greater impact on the rehabilitation of the patient, cost 2.6 times more.
