Annotation | In this study, 40 older women residents selected from nine residential care homes were interviewed to examine the relationship between a number of variables and attitudes towards the care received, focusing on criticisms. Results showed that areas of criticisms were found to be associated with high intelligence, dislike of the matron, mobility, and with reluctance to enter the home. (AKM). |
