Annotation | This report summarises the first year of the Care of Elderly People at Home (CEPH) study which began in June 1986, and running for a three year period, funded by a grant from the Nuffield Provincial Hospitals Trust. The report covers the work of care co-ordinators, and the biographical approach being used for assessing individual needs. Research and future developments of the Gloucester study are outlined.
