Annotation | In 1991, the Govan Dementia Project created an innovative night service for people who might be at risk if left alone all night without any social contact. This report is compiled from information taken from interviews with Project staff and other professionals in the community. The first part of the report focuses on day care facilities, and includes a synopsis on home care and home support, which is an integral part of the whole care package offered to people with dementia in the Govan area. The second part, on the night service, includes some case studies. (RH). |
