AnnotationThe University of Kent is working in collaboration with the International Longevity Centre - UK (ILC-UK) and the Institute of Occupational Medicine to explore various aspects of extending working lives and organisations' and individuals' uncertainty about how to manage retirement. This ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council) Impact outlines objectives of the research. The first is to map existing and emerging late-career transitions using exploiting longitudinal datasets and organisational case studies. The second is to identify opportunities and risks for organisations and individuals in extending working lives. (RH).
