The organisation's Director celebrates the achievements of a social enterprise whose purpose is to make sure that people with dementia are heard. His article looks at his organisation's impact across four intersecting ideas which guide its work: rights, accessibility, belonging, and the right of people with dementia for their voices to be heard.
